Solsti.ai (CS Weston & Companies LLC) is committed to making our website and services accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to access the information and tools they need to grow their business.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities, and more usable for everyone.

Semantic HTML. We use appropriate heading structures, landmarks, labels, and form associations so content works well with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Keyboard navigation. Our site is designed to be navigable using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators and logical tab order.

Readable text. We use sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and clear language to make content easier to read and understand.

Alternative text. Meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked so assistive technologies can ignore them.

Consistent, predictable layout. Navigation, links, and buttons are labeled consistently across pages.

Ongoing review. We test pages with automated tools, manual keyboard checks, and screen-reader workflows, and we address issues as we identify them.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of solsti.ai. While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some areas may not yet meet every success criterion. Where we identify gaps, we prioritize remediation based on impact and user feedback.

Some third-party features embedded on our site, such as scheduling widgets and chat tools provided by our CRM or telephony partners, may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. When those barriers affect your ability to use our services, please contact us and we will provide an alternative way to engage.

Most modern browsers and operating systems include built-in accessibility features, such as screen readers, magnifiers, high-contrast modes, and voice control. You can also adjust text size through your browser's zoom controls without breaking the layout of our site.

Our website uses third-party services for hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, CRM, and messaging. We choose providers that share our commitment to accessibility, but we do not control their products. Our accessibility work is guided by WCAG 2.1 Level AA and informed by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We test using a combination of automated accessibility scanners, manual keyboard-only navigation, and screen-reader validation.
