The situation
New-customer growth had stalled across the group despite a strong regional brand and expanding provider bench. Marketing spend was rising with declining return.
What we did
Location-level diagnostics revealed that four of six locations were losing market share to smaller local competitors. We rebuilt discovery, reputation, and intake at the location level — and installed governance so owners could see growth by location in real time.
