Review Automation for Local Businesses
Asking for reviews works. Remembering to ask doesn't. Automation removes the human step so every completed job turns into a request without anyone thinking about it.
The problem with asking manually
Every local business intends to ask for reviews. In practice the ask happens when someone remembers, which is usually after a great job and almost never after a routine one — so review volume is sporadic and skewed.
Automation makes it consistent: the same request, at the same moment in the customer journey, every time.
How the automation is built
- 1
Trigger
The request fires off a real event — appointment completed, invoice paid, job closed — pulled from your booking or CRM system.
- 2
Timing
Delay tuned to your service. Same-day for quick visits, a day or two later where the customer needs to see the result first.
- 3
Channel
SMS first for response rate, email as backup, with a short reminder if there's no action.
- 4
Frictionless link
One tap straight to your Google review form — no login maze, no landing page detour.
- 5
Routing
Unhappy responses route to your team privately so the issue gets solved instead of posted.
- 6
Reporting
Requests sent, reviews earned, conversion rate, and rating trend by month.
Where it plugs in
We build these workflows inside your existing lead and customer systems — including GoHighLevel — so requests, responses and lead records live in one place rather than a separate review tool nobody logs into.

FAQ
Common questions
Is it against Google's rules to automate review requests?
No. Asking customers for reviews is allowed. What is not allowed is incentivizing reviews or filtering the ask so only happy customers receive it.
What response rate should I expect?
It varies widely by industry and timing, but SMS requests sent shortly after service consistently outperform email-only asks. We report your actual rate rather than promising an industry average.
Will this annoy my customers?
One request plus at most one reminder, sent once per customer per service, is the standard we build to.
