Solsti.ai is a DBA of CS Weston & Companies LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in Utah ("Solsti.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI consulting, automation, CRM implementation, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, and website design and development services to U.S. businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through solsti.ai and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide directly. When you complete a contact form, request an audit, schedule an appointment, chat with our AI assistant, subscribe to communications, or email or call us, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, Google Business Profile URL, industry, service interests, and any message you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically receive certain information from your browser and device, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, and general location inferred from IP.

Attribution data. To understand how visitors reach us, we capture UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid values, landing page URL, and referrer.

Security signals. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which collects limited technical signals from your browser to distinguish humans from bots.

Forms on our website (including audit requests and contact submissions) send your information to our CRM (GoHighLevel) and to our database (Supabase) so we can respond, follow up, and manage the engagement. We may also enrich the record with attribution data and the page you submitted from.

When you book a call through our scheduling tool (powered by GoHighLevel), we collect the information required to confirm and manage the appointment, including your name, email, phone number, selected time, and any notes you provide. We use this information to confirm, remind, reschedule, and follow up on the appointment.

Our website may offer an AI-powered chat assistant. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers and stored so we can improve service, train our team, and respond to your questions. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or health information in chat. AI responses are informational only and are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

A human team member may review or respond to any AI conversation. If you would like a human immediately, please email chris@solsti.ai or call (801) 821-9422.

SMS text messaging is opt-in. By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box or otherwise opting in through our website forms, scheduling flow, or written request, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Solsti.ai for purposes such as appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-up communications, service updates, and customer support related to your inquiry or engagement.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically 1–4 messages per appointment or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact chris@solsti.ai or (801) 821-9422.

SMS consent and mobile opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information sharing is limited to the subprocessors that help us deliver the messages you requested (for example, our CRM and telephony provider).

Transactional emails. We send emails you would reasonably expect from an active engagement, including audit deliveries, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and security notices, and replies to your questions.

Marketing emails. With your consent (including opting in through a form), we may send occasional updates, insights, and offers related to our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email chris@solsti.ai to be removed.

Deliverability. We send email through Google Workspace and LC Email (LeadConnector), and we log delivery metadata so we can troubleshoot issues and honor unsubscribes.

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing. These include strictly necessary cookies (for site functionality and security), analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), and advertising or attribution identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid) when applicable.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or device controls. Disabling cookies may impact certain site features.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve content and performance. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, device and browser attributes, and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

We use Cloudflare for content delivery, DNS, DDoS protection, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot mitigation on our forms. Cloudflare processes limited request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) as necessary to provide these security and performance services.

To respond to inquiries, deliver services, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide customer support.

To operate, secure, and improve our website, marketing, and service offerings.

To send transactional communications and, with consent, marketing communications.

To measure marketing effectiveness and understand how visitors find and use our site.

To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We share information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including: GoHighLevel (CRM, scheduling, SMS, email), Supabase (database and backend), Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile), Google (Workspace, Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads measurement), and Meta (advertising measurement, where applicable).

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our customers or others. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by our subprocessors within the United States. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and application-level protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Lead and CRM records are typically retained for the life of the business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion as described below.

You may request to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing chris@solsti.ai. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share; to request deletion of your personal information; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require verification.

We use AI-powered tools to help draft messages, respond to inquiries, summarize conversations, and support our consulting work. Output from these tools is reviewed by humans in the ordinary course of business. AI-generated information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on our recommendations.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact chris@solsti.ai and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
